Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
The submission is made through OJS; submission by email is not accepted.
The manuscript file is anonymized for double-anonymous peer review, and author identities are entered only in OJS metadata.
All authors meet authorship criteria and have approved the submission; contributions, funding, conflicts of interest, data availability, and use of AI tools are disclosed.
Human or animal research includes the responsible ethics committee and approval identifier when applicable.
Case reports include written informed consent for publication, protect patient identity, and follow the CARE guideline.
Systematic reviews and meta-analyses follow PRISMA and provide protocol registration when applicable.
References follow Vancouver style, and tables, figures, and supplementary files are complete and appropriately cited.
The authors acknowledge an APC of IDR 2,500,000 for Indonesian authors or USD 200 for international authors, payable only after acceptance; submission and peer-review fees are zero.
Authors retain copyright, grant OAIJMR the non-exclusive right of first publication, and agree to publication under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

Privacy Statement
OAIJMR collects names, email addresses, affiliations, identifiers, submission files, peer-review records, correspondence, technical logs, and other information necessary to operate editorial, publication, integrity, indexing, and preservation processes. Data are used only for legitimate journal functions, legal obligations, security, and scholarly-record maintenance.
Access is limited to authorized editors, reviewers, publisher personnel, service providers, and indexing or preservation partners as required for those functions. Personal data are not sold. Confidential manuscripts and reviews are not disclosed outside the editorial process except with authorization, legal obligation, or a necessary research-integrity investigation.
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the scholarly record, document editorial decisions, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet legal or contractual duties. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Users may request correction of inaccurate profile data or ask questions about processing. Some editorial and publication records cannot be deleted when retention is necessary for the integrity of the scholarly record, legal duties, or legitimate interests.
