Author Guidelines

Eligible Manuscripts

OAIJMR considers original research, case reports, narrative reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses within its scope. Submissions must be original, written in English, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Files and Metadata

• Upload an anonymized editable manuscript for double-anonymous review.
• Enter all authors, affiliations, ORCID identifiers where available, corresponding-author details, title, abstract, and keywords accurately in OJS.
• Use an abstract of no more than 250 words and three to five keywords.
• Number tables and figures consecutively and cite them in the text. References must follow Vancouver style.

Reporting Standards

• Original research: applicable EQUATOR guideline, complete methods, ethics approval, analysis, and data availability.
• Case reports: CARE guideline, written informed consent for publication, and protection of patient identity.
• Systematic reviews/meta-analyses: PRISMA, reproducible search strategy, eligibility criteria, risk-of-bias assessment, and protocol registration where applicable.

Required Declarations

Provide author contributions, ethics approval or exemption, consent for publication where applicable, conflicts of interest, funding and sponsor role, data availability, acknowledgements, trial or review registration, and use of AI tools. AI systems cannot be authors.

Review, License, and Fees

Manuscripts that pass editorial screening undergo double-anonymous review by at least three independent reviewers. Authors retain copyright and articles are published under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. The APC is IDR 2,500,000 for Indonesian authors or USD 200 for international authors, payable only after acceptance; submission and peer-review fees are zero.
