APC

IDR 2,500,000 for Indonesian authors or USD 200 for international authors. The APC is invoiced only after editorial acceptance and does not influence peer review or the editorial decision.

Waiver and Payment Transparency

APC waivers and discounts are not available. Authors must consider the charge before submission. Payment is not requested before acceptance. A manuscript is never accepted because an APC can be paid, and inability or delay in payment is not disclosed to reviewers.

Cancellation and Refund

No APC is due when a manuscript is rejected or withdrawn before acceptance. After production work has begun, refunds are considered only for duplicate payment or documented billing error. Questions should be sent to indonesian.medical.reviews@gmail.com.
