From Submission to Publication
The acceptance rate is approximately 47%. This descriptive rate may vary and does not guarantee an individual outcome.
Complete files are sent to the AMCR editorial office.
Aims and Scope, originality, completeness, ethics, and similarity are assessed. Similarity screening is supported by ORCA.
For manuscripts that pass the editorial assessment, AMCR creates or activates the author's OJS account, registers the manuscript, and sends the login information for workflow monitoring.
Double-anonymous reviewers focus on scientific substance, methodology, ethics, reporting quality, and relevance.
The editor evaluates the three reports and decides: accept, minor revision, major revision, or decline.
Authors submit a revised manuscript and a point-by-point response. The journal may adjust the deadline when justified.
Reviewers and the editor reassess the revision. When all requirements are satisfied, AMCR issues the Letter of Acceptance.
The accepted manuscript is proofread with support from EIGO and returned to the author for approval.
The final layout is checked by the corresponding author. Only essential corrections are accepted at this stage.
Following final approval and quality control, the article is published with complete metadata, DOI, license, and article files.
