Licensing Terms
Articles in Arkus are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), unless an individual article clearly states otherwise.
What the license permits
Readers may copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for non-commercial purposes, provided they:
- give appropriate credit to the author or authors and Arkus as the original publication venue;
- provide a link to the license;
- indicate whether changes were made; and
- distribute adaptations under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
Commercial use
The license does not grant permission for commercial use. Permission for uses beyond the license must be obtained from the copyright holder.
Copyright ownership
Authors retain copyright and grant Arkus the right of first publication. The website copyright notice protects the journal site and visual identity; it does not override author ownership of individual articles.
