Arkus is published by HM Publisher in collaboration with CMHC Research Center.

Roles and independence

HM Publisher provides the publishing platform, production, metadata, DOI, website, preservation coordination, and administrative support. CMHC Research Center collaborates in scholarly and institutional development. The Editor-in-Chief and editorial team retain authority over peer review and editorial decisions. The publisher and collaborating institution do not accept, reject, or alter manuscripts for commercial, personal, or institutional reasons.

Revenue and editorial separation

Article processing charges support publication operations. Payment is requested only after acceptance and never determines reviewer selection or editorial decisions. Advertising, sponsorship, or institutional relationships are kept separate from editorial evaluation and will be identified transparently if used.

Ownership and continuity

The publisher maintains the journal title, ISSNs, domain, platform, metadata, and publication continuity. Article copyright remains with authors. Policy changes are dated and applied transparently.
