Arkus maintains journal content and metadata for long-term access and permits broad author self-archiving under the article license.

Preservation and continuity

HM Publisher maintains the OJS platform, publication files, metadata, database records, and operational backups used to restore service and preserve publication continuity. Published articles receive persistent DOI identifiers and expose metadata through OAI-PMH for discovery and harvesting. The journal reviews preservation arrangements as infrastructure develops and does not claim participation in an external archive unless that service is active.

Version of record

The journal website remains the authoritative version of record. Corrections, retractions, and other post-publication notices are linked permanently and DOI metadata is updated when required.

Author self-archiving

Authors may deposit the submitted manuscript, accepted manuscript, and published version of record in institutional or disciplinary repositories, personal scholarly websites, or funder archives without embargo, provided the deposit identifies the final citation and DOI, links to the journal version, respects third-party rights, and follows CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 for the published version.

Content transfer

If publication ceases or moves to another platform, the publisher will use reasonable measures to keep existing content accessible, preserve DOI resolution and metadata, and transfer files and records to a successor or preservation service where appropriate.
